Which cardiac assessments are currently provided at this facility?

Our clinic provides expert testing including ECGs, Echocardiograms, Stress Tests, and Holter monitoring, all conducted by our professional cardiac technicians.

What is the expected duration of my diagnostic exam?

Most assessments are finished in under 30 minutes. Once we receive your requisition by fax or email, we will call you to confirm the exact time required for your specific test.

Is a doctor's requisition mandatory for all appointments?

Yes, every patient must have a signed requisition from a physician. This document is required for clinical documentation and to finalize your booking via phone.

Are tests covered by OHIP and what documentation is required?

A valid OHIP card is required for all testing. Most cardiac diagnostic tests are fully covered by OHIP. Please note that the ambulatory blood pressure (ABP) test is not covered and may involve an out-of-pocket fee.

How should a physician submit my test requisition?

Your doctor may securely send requisitions to us via fax or email. Once the paperwork is processed, our administrative team will contact you directly to book your visit.

How can I arrange a cardiac diagnostic appointment?

After your doctor faxes the requisition, please contact us by phone or email. Our staff manages all scheduling manually to ensure every patient receives the correct care.
